Extraction is AccurateRip based. In the first pass, extraction is done without error checking (similar to Exact Audio Copy 'Burst' mode). If all tracks match the AccurateRip database, extraction is complete. If any track does not match AccurateRip, that track goes to a second pass similar to the first. This time if the extracted track matches AccurateRip or if the SHA-1 checksum of the extracted audio matches first pass (similar to Exact Audio Copy 'Test and Copy'), extraction is complete. If any track still does not match AccurateRip or the first checksum, the user is offered the option to continue extraction in 'Secure' mode with error checking and re-reads. This can be aborted if extraction takes too long and the files can be saved 'as they were' at the end of the second pass. If you try to clean the CD and re-extract, the program will offer to only re-extract the tracks that didn't extract correctly. Sorry Easy Audio Copy cannot repair the extraction to match AccurateRip. You could try another program called 'CUETools' for minor repairs. cue.tools/wiki/Main_Page
