I am trying to add my NOW 'That's What I call Music' collection in this program, but it is stuck on the first one I put in, example, I started with Now 20, and when I put in any further cd's it keeps saying it's Now 20 every time, anyone got any idea's what could be wrong please?.. I am on the trial version, but this gives me no confidence to buy the full version if this program has bugs..

You're referring to the first screen with the cover? Both the image and the text beneath it remain the same for each CD? A manual 'search' still doesn't find the correct CD?

If this is a bug, I haven't been able to duplicate this so far with what I have at hand.
You have the UK NOW series with 2 CD's each (not the US series that only has one CD)? Did the program go into Multi CD mode (a dialog would have appeared with the 1st CD asking if you wanted to save 'Continuous or Separate')?

Yes I have the UK version with 2 CD's, and yes the program does go into Mulit CD mode.. the Cover stays at Now 20 for all the CD's I enter, if I go to the edit section I have to change the selection from Now 20 to whatever one I want to scan. It does scan to the correct tiles then.

Problem now is my evaluation period has run out, so I won't be able to try it out anymore, and I don't feel confident in purchasing something that might not work correctly, hope you understand. Or maybe could I have an extension to the trial version? Regards Paul

Hello Paul,
sorry for the late reply and that you encountered problems with Easy Audio Copy!
For the moment it is technically not possible to extend the trial version (even though I plan something like that for the future). I am not familiar with the UK NOW series, so I need to guess... Basically you have multiple sets of CDs with each several CDs in it? I think what happened is the following, you ripped the first set (which should be ok) and on the first CD of the following set, Easy Audio Copy asked you whether the CD still belongs to the set and you pressed "Yes". In that case the title, artist and cover of the previous album is taken (without updating it first) and the track numbering continued for these CDs. The automatic cover download should have shown the correct cover on the main screen, only on the second screen it would have been replaced by the first cover found? If so, it should have worked out if you pressed "No" on the first CD of each following set.
I am sorry that I can't help you further and that you had a negative experience with Easy Audio Copy!
Best regards,
Andre
